Case breaks are automatic
Volume pricing applies as you add cases to the cart — there is no code to remember and no negotiation. Break points are published on the deals page and refreshed every Monday, and what you see in the cart is the price you pay.
Mixing flavours within a case
A case is a fixed count of bars, but which flavours go in it is your call, limited by what is actually in stock that morning. Case-break tiers assume a single line, so a heavily mixed case prices at the tier below.
Payment terms
First orders are card or wire. Once you have three settled orders we can open Net 30 on approval, with a limit based on your order history. Ask your rep to start the review — it takes about a week.

Sign in and every past order is reorderable in one click, with out-of-stock lines flagged so you can substitute before you check out rather than after.

Ordering questions
When does my order ship?
Orders placed before 2pm Pacific ship the same business day from our California or Texas warehouse, whichever is closer to you. Orders after the cutoff ship the next business day. You get tracking the evening it leaves the dock.
Can I mix flavours to reach a case?
Yes, within one product line. A case is a fixed count of bars, but the flavours that make it up are yours to choose, subject to how much of each flavour is in stock. Mixed-flavour cases do not qualify for the deepest price break tier.
What payment terms are available?
First orders are card or wire. Once you have three settled orders we can open Net 30 terms on approval, with a credit limit based on your order history. Ask your rep to start the terms review.
Do you drop-ship for online stores?
We ship to your business address or a verified fulfilment address on file. We do not blind drop-ship direct to consumer addresses, because every delivery has to be PACT Act compliant and age-verified on arrival.
