Where the stock actually sits
A 6,000-puff bar and an 80,000-puff bar are not the same product to a customer, and not the same order to you. 147 disposable SKUs in this warehouse carry a manufacturer puff rating, and this is how they spread.

How to read the bands
Under 20,000: the everyday counter bar
The walk-in impulse buy. Lowest unit cost, fastest sell-through, and the size a customer takes without asking a question first. It is also the most replaced — somebody who liked one bar comes back for two.
50,000 to 80,000: where our depth is
Most of this warehouse sits in that band: dozens of brands, in a size that carries a higher ticket and a slower reorder rhythm. The customer buying here is buying a fortnight, not an evening, so the shelf turns over on quality rather than novelty.
The threshold maths nobody does
Freight is a flat $29.99 below $1,500 and free at $1,500, and orders over $2,500 reach the deepest case tier. An order that lands a case short of the line pays freight and loses the better unit cost at the same time — which is usually more than the case you were hesitating over.

Before you place it
- State tobacco or vaping licence and EIN on file — most accounts are approved the same day
- First order at least $500, which is the account-opening minimum
- The flavour list for each line you order: mixed cases stay out of the deepest price tier
- A delivery address with somebody 21 or over to sign — every vape shipment is adult-signature
- ZIP codes checked against your state rules if you also sell online, not just over the counter
Ordering questions
When does my order ship?
Orders placed before 2pm Pacific ship the same business day from our California or Texas warehouse, whichever is closer to you. Orders after the cutoff ship the next business day. You get tracking the evening it leaves the dock.
Can I mix flavours to reach a case?
Yes, within one product line. A case is a fixed count of bars, but the flavours that make it up are yours to choose, subject to how much of each flavour is in stock. Mixed-flavour cases do not qualify for the deepest price break tier.
What payment terms are available?
First orders are card or wire. Once you have three settled orders we can open Net 30 terms on approval, with a credit limit based on your order history. Ask your rep to start the terms review.
Do you drop-ship for online stores?
We ship to your business address or a verified fulfilment address on file. We do not blind drop-ship direct to consumer addresses, because every delivery has to be PACT Act compliant and age-verified on arrival.
