This is a wholesale-only business. We do not sell to consumers, we do not sell to under-21s, and we do not open an account without a verifiable state licence. Both gates are deliberate.
How the two gates work
The age gate
You confirmed you are 21 or older to see this site. The confirmation is stored in a cookie on your own device, so we do not ask again on every page, and we do not keep a record of it on the server.
The licence gate
Being 21 is not enough to buy. Wholesale pricing, stock counts and ordering are behind an account, and an account requires a licence we have verified against the state register. A consumer cannot complete a checkout on this site.
Delivery
Every shipment requires an adult 21 or older to sign for it in person. That applies to a licensed retailer receiving a pallet of cases just as much as it would to a consumer order — it is the same rule under the PACT Act.
What we will not do
- Sell to a consumer — there is no retail checkout on this site
- Open an account without a verified state licence and EIN
- Leave a delivery without an adult signature, at any order value
- Stock products packaged to resemble food, toys, or characters aimed at minors
- Accept an expired, altered, or unverifiable licence document
