We sell only to licensed US retailers, and we verify every licence against the state register. That protects your business as much as ours — an unlicensed supply chain is a liability that follows the product.
Documents we need on file
- State tobacco licence, vapour licence, or both where your state issues them separately
- A current business licence showing your legal entity name and physical address
- An EIN letter or a recent tax document showing the same entity name
- A government-issued photo ID for the account holder
- A resale certificate or sales-tax permit where your state requires one
Documents must be unexpired and legible. We keep them on file and ask for a renewal copy before the expiry date we have recorded.

Why we verify rather than take your word for it
Every state in our service area maintains a public register of licensed tobacco and vapour retailers. We check the register, not just the PDF, because an expired or suspended licence looks identical to a valid one on paper.
If a licence lapses, we pause your ordering until the renewal is on file. That is not a penalty — shipping to an unlicensed buyer is a violation for us and a risk to your licence, and we would rather hold an order than cause either.
Licensing questions
Which documents do you need to open an account?
A current state tobacco, vapour, or business licence showing your legal business name and address, your EIN, and a government ID for the person opening the account. If your state licenses vape separately from tobacco, send both.
Do you report sales to state tax authorities?
Yes. We collect and remit the excise and sales tax your state requires on wholesale vape shipments, and we file the federal and state PACT Act reports. Your invoices carry the breakdown so your accountant has the record.
Can I resell online?
Yes, with age verification at checkout and adult-signature delivery. Your site must verify that the purchaser is 21 or older before payment, and the shipping address must be a business or a verified adult address we have on file.
What is your policy on youth-appealing products?
We do not stock or distribute products that imitate youth-oriented food packaging, toys, or characters, and we will discontinue a line if a manufacturer moves that way. We would rather lose a SKU than a licence.
