Who we are
Wholesale only, from day one
HappyDistroVape Distro LLC is a business-to-business distributor. Everything on this site — 280+ live SKUs across disposables, pod systems, e-liquids, coils, mods and nicotine pouches — is sold by the box and the case, to verified licensees. We do not sell to consumers, and an account cannot be opened without a state tobacco or vape licence and an EIN.
Stock we actually hold
The catalogue is our own warehouse inventory, not a dropship feed. Live counts are shown at flavour level — the same numbers your order is picked against. When a line runs short, the site says so before you order, which is the opposite of a back-order surprise after checkout.
A rep, not a ticket queue
Every account is assigned a rep by name. Licence checks, first orders, freight questions and terms reviews all go to the same person, during business hours when a phone call is faster than an email thread.

PACT Act shipping, handled
Vapour products move under federal PACT Act rules: adult-signature delivery, correct labelling, no USPS, and the tax filings that follow each shipment. We handle the chain end to end and keep the records your accountant and your state may ask for.
21+, no exceptions
No consumer sales, no unlicensed buyers, no products styled after youth media. A licence we cannot verify is a licence we do not ship against — the age policy states the full position.
