Have these ready before you start
Missing paperwork is the only thing that slows an application down. If you have all four items the process is a single sitting.
- Your legal business name and trading name, exactly as they appear on your licence
- An EIN — a Social Security number cannot be used to open a wholesale account
- Your state tobacco, vapour or business licence, current and not expired
- A government ID for the person submitting the application, matching the name on the licence
If your state licenses vape products separately from tobacco, upload both documents. A licence we cannot verify against the state register will be returned.

A rep verifies your licence
We check your licence against your state register and your EIN with the IRS. Usually within a business day — same afternoon if you apply before 2pm PT.

Sign in and your tier pricing, live flavour-level stock and case breaks are all there. Your rep can build your first order with you over the phone.

Do I need a licence to buy from you?
Yes. Wholesale pricing is reserved for licensed US retailers, and we verify a state tobacco or vaping licence and an EIN before an account is activated. If you sell vape products without a licence in your state, we cannot open an account.
How long does approval take?
Most applications are reviewed within one business day, and commonly the same afternoon. You upload your licence and EIN with the application, so there is usually nothing else for us to chase before we activate your pricing.
Why can I not see prices?
Every price on this site is wholesale, and publishing it openly would hand your competitors your cost. Sign in to see your tier pricing, or apply for an account if you are not yet a customer. Prices are decided on the server, not hidden with JavaScript.
Is there a minimum opening order?
Your first order has a $500 minimum so we can open your account and ship a full case. After that there is no minimum, though orders over $1,500 ship freight-free and orders over $2,500 qualify for the best case pricing.
