Wholesale pricing on this site is reserved for licensed US retailers. That is not a formality we invented — it is the condition for selling vape product at all in most states, and it is why the application asks for exactly two things.

What gets an application paused
Nine times out of ten it is a name mismatch: the licence is issued to one entity and the EIN belongs to another — a trading name, a recent incorporation, or a second store under the same ownership. Send both documents and the link between them and it clears the same day.
The other one is a licence that lapses after the account is open. We pause ordering until the renewal is on file. That is not a penalty: shipping to an unlicensed buyer is a violation for us and a risk to your licence, and we would rather hold an order than cause either.
If you are opening a shop and your licence is still in process, tell your rep. We can price an opening order against the pending application so you can plan a fit-out, but the first shipment does not leave until the licence number is on file.
Have these ready
- State tobacco or vapour licence, current — a photo or PDF is fine
- EIN confirmation letter (CP 575 or the 147c replacement)
- The entity name exactly as it appears on the licence
- A delivery address where somebody 21 or over can sign
- ZIP codes for every location you ship to if you run more than one store

Account questions
Do I need a licence to buy from you?
Yes. Wholesale pricing is reserved for licensed US retailers, and we verify a state tobacco or vaping licence and an EIN before an account is activated. If you sell vape products without a licence in your state, we cannot open an account.
How long does approval take?
Most applications are reviewed within one business day, and commonly the same afternoon. You upload your licence and EIN with the application, so there is usually nothing else for us to chase before we activate your pricing.
Why can I not see prices?
Every price on this site is wholesale, and publishing it openly would hand your competitors your cost. Sign in to see your tier pricing, or apply for an account if you are not yet a customer. Prices are decided on the server, not hidden with JavaScript.
Is there a minimum opening order?
Your first order has a $500 minimum so we can open your account and ship a full case. After that there is no minimum, though orders over $1,500 ship freight-free and orders over $2,500 qualify for the best case pricing.
