Accessibility
This site is a business ordering tool, and it has to work for every buyer who needs to use it — including the ones who navigate by keyboard or screen reader. This page records what has been done, what is still open, and how to tell us when something blocks you.
What the site already does
Built on semantic HTML
Headings, lists, tables and landmarks are real elements rather than styled divs, so a screen reader can build an accurate outline of every page. Each page carries exactly one top-level heading.
Fully operable by keyboard
Every menu, filter, accordion and form control can be reached and activated with the keyboard alone, and the focused element is always visible. The mobile navigation and the search panel close on Escape.
Colour and contrast
Body text and interactive labels meet the WCAG AA contrast ratio against their background. Status is never carried by colour alone — a stock state is written out as text, not signalled only by red or amber.
Motion and zoom
Nothing on the site depends on animation. Layouts survive 200% browser zoom and reflow, and images carry explicit dimensions so the page does not jump while it loads.
Still open
The age-verification dialog is a fixed modal rather than a service with an audio alternative, and the product comparison tables are wide enough to need horizontal scrolling on a phone. Both are known, and neither has a date yet. If either one blocks you from ordering, tell us and we will process the order by phone or email instead.
Reporting a barrier
If something on this site stops you from finding a product or placing an order, contact your sales rep directly. Describe the page and what happened; we will fix what we can and take the order another way in the meantime. Trade customers never have to use the website to buy from us.
