Where we ship, and where we cannot
We ship to 48 states. We do not ship vape product to Alaska, Hawaii, or any state or locality that prohibits mail-order vapour sales. If you are not sure whether your ZIP is serviceable, send it to your rep before you order and we will confirm in writing.
Deliveries need an adult signature. Somebody 21 or older has to be at the receiving address, and we cannot leave product without that signature — a redelivery fee applies if the carrier has to come back twice.

How is the PACT Act handled?
Every shipment carries the PACT Act labelling, an adult-signature-required delivery, and an ATF and state tax filing where required. We do not use USPS for vape product. Both you and our driver see a signature record for each delivery.
What happens if a shipment arrives damaged?
Photograph the pallet or carton before you sign, note the damage on the receipt, and send the photos to your rep within 48 hours. We file the carrier claim and ship the replacement, so you are not waiting on the freight company.
