Terms & conditions of sale
These terms apply to every wholesale order. They are written to be read once, not to be impressive — the short version is that we sell only to licensed US businesses, we verify every account, and we ship under PACT Act rules.
Opening an account
Who can hold an account
Accounts are opened for licensed US vape and tobacco retailers, distributors and their agents. You must be 21 or older and able to show a valid state licence and EIN in the name of the business being supplied. We check the licence against the state register rather than taking a document at face value.
What happens to the information you send
Licence and EIN details are used to verify the account and are retained for as long as the account is open, plus the period our tax and PACT Act reporting obligations run. How that data is handled is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
Pricing and orders
Wholesale pricing is account-only
Listed prices and stock figures are visible only to approved accounts. Pricing is quoted per case, with the price-break tiers set out on the deals page. Prices exclude freight, duties and taxes unless a quote says otherwise.
Order acceptance
An order is accepted when we confirm it, not when it is submitted. Stock moves quickly across several channels, so a submitted order can be declined or part-shipped if a line sells out before it is picked. You will be told which lines changed before anything ships.
Minimums and case breaks
The opening order carries a $500 minimum. After that, case breaks apply automatically in the cart per product line — two half-cases of different lines do not combine into a third tier.
Shipping, compliance and returns
Shipping and adult signature
Shipments go out under PACT Act rules: adult signature on delivery, no USPS, and the labelling and excise filings the law requires. Orders placed before 2pm PT on a business day are dispatched the same day where stock allows.
Damage and shortage
Report damage or shortage within 48 hours of delivery and keep the cartons until a claim number is issued. Product returned without an authorisation number cannot be traced back to your account and may be refused at the dock.
Age and resale obligations
You agree not to sell to anyone under 21, to comply with the vape and tobacco rules of every state you ship into, and to keep the nicotine warning and packaging intact on resale. Accounts found supplying underage buyers are closed.
