If another authorised US distributor publishes a lower wholesale price on an item we have in stock, send us the quote and we will beat it — confirmed in writing before you order, not promised verbally after.
How the match works
Send your rep a link or a screenshot of the competitor's published wholesale price, plus the case configuration it applies to. Prices quoted in a private email to you cannot be matched — we have no way to verify them, and a "match this" figure nobody can check is how a price policy turns into a negotiation.
We verify the item is the same SKU, the same case configuration, in stock at both houses, and available to a licensed buyer. If it passes, we confirm a written price at least one cent below — usually materially below. The written price holds for 14 days so you can plan an order around it.
The cheapest published wholesale price in the country is often a closeout or a counterfeited line. Where the price is that far below the market, we will tell you what we think is going on rather than quietly matching it.
What to send us
- The competitor's published price page, or a dated screenshot showing the price
- The exact SKU and the case configuration the price applies to
- Confirmation the item is in stock at the competitor, not backordered
- Your account name, so we can attach the written price to your file
One match per SKU per 30 days. Marketplace listings and consumer retail prices are not wholesale quotes and cannot be matched.
Genuine product matters more than the last cent
Every SKU we ship is sourced through the manufacturer or an authorised channel, with batch traceability. A price that looks impossibly low usually has no traceable supply chain behind it — and a counterfeited case is a lost customer, not a bargain.
