Four numbers decide what an order costs you.
The opening minimum, the freight line, the deepest case tier, and the point where terms become available. Here is each one, in the order it affects a decision — with no asterisks buried further down the page.

Freight is quoted per shipment, not per case. LTL pallets and expedited freight are quoted at cost with no markup.
How the tiers actually work
The first order is the only one with a minimum
A $500 opening order exists so we can open the account and ship a full case rather than a handful of bars. After that there is no minimum at all — a customer who needs two cases of the flavour that sold out on Saturday can order two cases on Monday.
Mixed cases have a cost, and it is not hidden
You can build a case from several flavours within one product line, and that is the cheapest way to test a range. What a mixed case does not do is reach the deepest price tier — splitting a case across flavours costs us picking time, so the deepest tier is written for single-flavour cases. Both facts belong in front of you before you build the order, not after.
Terms are earned, not negotiated
First orders are card or wire. Once three orders have settled, Net 30 is available on approval with a credit limit based on your history. Ask your rep to open the review — it is a formality at that point rather than a favour.
And if you find it cheaper elsewhere
Send your rep the published wholesale price you found. If it is a real listing on an item we hold, we confirm a written price below it, and that price holds for fourteen days so you can plan an order around it.
Worth knowing before you order
- A $500 opening order is the account minimum, not a per-order minimum
- Freight is $29.99 flat below $1,500 and free above it, to a business address in the 48 states
- The deepest tier is written for single-flavour cases — mixed cases sit a tier above
- Every vape shipment is adult-signature: somebody 21 or over has to be at the delivery address
- Orders placed before 2pm Pacific ship the same business day, from California or Texas

Minimums, shipping and terms
When does my order ship?
Orders placed before 2pm Pacific ship the same business day from our California or Texas warehouse, whichever is closer to you. Orders after the cutoff ship the next business day. You get tracking the evening it leaves the dock.
Can I mix flavours to reach a case?
Yes, within one product line. A case is a fixed count of bars, but the flavours that make it up are yours to choose, subject to how much of each flavour is in stock. Mixed-flavour cases do not qualify for the deepest price break tier.
What payment terms are available?
First orders are card or wire. Once you have three settled orders we can open Net 30 terms on approval, with a credit limit based on your order history. Ask your rep to start the terms review.
Do you drop-ship for online stores?
We ship to your business address or a verified fulfilment address on file. We do not blind drop-ship direct to consumer addresses, because every delivery has to be PACT Act compliant and age-verified on arrival.
