Treat manufacturer puff ratings as marketing, not measurement. They assume a specific draw length and mode. A customer who runs boost mode all day will not see the top number.

One claim worth flagging: Geek Bar says VPU technology improves heat and fluid transmission and claims a 23.7% increase in cloud volume. That is a manufacturer performance claim, not an independent test result.

Why the clear tank matters more than the screen

Digital e-liquid indicators estimate remaining liquid based on power discharged. That estimate drifts depending on how the device is used. A clear tank shows the actual reservoir. For a customer who has been burned by a device dying mid-day, that is a real selling point and an easy one to demonstrate on the counter.

It also shows the coil, which matters more on the modular units where the pod is the part being replaced.

Ordering and shelf strategy for this category

Clear tank disposables sit in the 50,000–80,000 puff band, which is where our warehouse already carries the most depth. That is not an accident. It is where demand has settled.
